Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Pedibee for using the product, the API, the MCP server and this website. By creating an account or using Pedibee you agree to them.

1. Who can use Pedibee

Pedibee is a tool for businesses. You must be at least 18, sign up with a company email address, and have authority to bind the company you work for. If you use Pedibee on behalf of a company, “you” in these terms means that company too.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Your account is yours. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. A workspace belongs to the company that created it; the person who creates it is its owner, and the owner decides who else joins and what they may do. Owners and managers are responsible for the people they invite and the API keys and assistant connections they create.

3. What Pedibee does

Pedibee stores companies, contacts and outreach history, and sends email on your instruction from Google Workspace accounts you connect. It also tracks opens and clicks through a domain you own, runs automations from events you send, verifies email addresses, and exposes a REST API and an MCP server. The help centre describes each feature and its limits, and those limits form part of these terms.

4. Your Gmail connection

Emails are sent through Google’s Gmail API from accounts you connect, under Google’s own terms and sending limits. You confirm you are allowed to connect each account and to send from it. Pedibee asks only for permission to send and uses it only to send what your workspace instructs. We cannot read your inbox. If Google revokes a connection, sending from it stops until it is reconnected.

5. Acceptable use of email

You are responsible for what you send and to whom. You agree to:

  • Have a lawful basis to contact every person you email, and comply with the laws that apply to you and to your recipients, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR.
  • Honour opt-outs. Pedibee adds an unsubscribe link and header to campaign and sequence mail and keeps a do-not-email list; you must not work around either.
  • Identify yourself truthfully. No forged sender names, misleading subjects or impersonation.
  • Not send unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or malicious content, including malware or phishing.
  • Not use Pedibee to send to lists bought, scraped or otherwise collected without consent where consent is required.

We may pause sending, suspend a workspace or close an account that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or harms the deliverability or reputation of the service. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Acceptable use of the service

You must not try to access another customer’s workspace, probe or overload the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the product except where the law allows it, or resell Pedibee without our written agreement. Testing security against your own account is welcome; please read the security page first.

7. API keys and connected assistants

API keys and assistant connections act with the access you give them, capped at your role. You are responsible for anything done with a key or connection created from your account, including by an AI assistant you connect. Keep keys secret, revoke what you no longer use, and tell us if one is exposed.

8. Your data

You own the data you put into Pedibee. You give us permission to store, process and send it as needed to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. For data about your contacts you are the controller and we act on your instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you import and for having the right to use it.

9. Fees

Pedibee is free to start and no credit card is needed to begin. If you choose a paid plan, the price, what it includes and the billing period are shown before you pay and form part of these terms. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. We may change prices for a new billing period with at least 30 days’ notice. If you stop paying, we may reduce your workspace to the free plan or suspend it after a reminder.

10. Changes to the service

We improve Pedibee continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, we will try to give reasonable notice. Limits such as daily sends per account, recipients per campaign and API rates are published in the help centre and may change to protect deliverability for everyone.

11. Third parties

Pedibee relies on Google, Cloudflare, Vercel, Resend and other providers listed in the privacy policy, and can connect to Stripe, Paddle and your own systems. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or their terms. Google Workspace sending limits and Google’s policies apply to every email you send.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Pedibee at any time. A workspace owner can delete the workspace, which deletes its data; account holders can leave or delete their account. We may end the agreement if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data where we can.

13. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide Pedibee with reasonable skill and care, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that email will be delivered, opened or answered, that tracking will capture every event, or that verification will be right in every case. Deliverability depends on your content, your lists, your domain and the receiving provider, none of which we control. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties, express or implied.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss of business. Our total liability to you for everything arising under these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or 100 US dollars if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything the law says cannot be limited.

15. Indemnity

You will cover us for claims, fines and reasonable costs arising from content you send, lists you use, or your breach of section 5, including claims by recipients and regulators.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For a change that materially affects you, we will email workspace owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pedibee after that date means you accept the new terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
