Who processes data for Pedibee

These are the companies that store or process data so Pedibee can run. Each one only handles what it needs for the job listed.

Google Cloud	Runs the Pedibee API, the sending engine and scheduled jobs.	All workspace and account data while it is processed.	United States
Neon	Hosts the Postgres database.	All stored workspace and account data.
Vercel	Serves the dashboard, this website and the help centre, with privacy-friendly analytics.	Pages you request, and anonymous usage counts.
Cloudflare	DNS, certificates for tracking domains, and the edge that serves tracking links.	Tracking link requests and their IP addresses, in transit.
Resend	Sends Pedibee’s own emails to account holders: confirmation, password reset and invites.	Your name and email address.

These process data because you connect them, under your own agreement with each provider. They are not Pedibee subprocessors.

Your emails are sent through your own Google account, with send-only permission.

Billing events come from your own Stripe or Paddle account when you connect it.

Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant sees only what its connection is allowed to read.

If you need notice before a new subprocessor is added, ask to be added to the notice list and we will email you about each change.
